Granny’s Irish Soda Bread recipe

There’s nothing like a real Irish Soda bread to go with the corned beef and cabbage meal (and a few pints of Guinness) on St. Paddy’s day (weekend!). Now, I’ve seen some stores that are selling “soda bread” with raisins, eggs, sugar, etc., but my Granny McCullough would have none of that. True Irish Soda Bread has 4 ingredients: Flour, salt, baking soda, and buttermilk. Anything else, and you’re eating cake. Enjoy!
